PAYMENT OPTIONS AND REFUND POLICY

Services are private-pay, as I do not accept insurance for payment. Package services for Hilary Caskey, DBA "With Humor and Grace End-of-Life Doula Services”, are pre-paid via Cash, Zelle, PayPal, or CashAp. Personal Checks (made payable to HILARY CASKEY) may also be accepted. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur an NSF fee of $50 or 15%, whichever is greater. Your bank may also charge you additional fees.

For companion or respite services, a weekly or monthly invoice (based on the frequency of visits or sessions) will be mailed or emailed for services rendered.

In the case of death before use of pre-purchased package hours (homemaking/companion/respite), time remaining may be applied to another family member, designee, or donated to families that might not be able to otherwise afford care.
